I’m Emma, a studio portrait photographer based in Sydney’s Hills District.

I create timeless, classic, and beautifully lit portraits of families, newborns, and pets - capturing the people (and creatures!) you love most in a way that feels elegant and effortless.

I studied Media Arts at UNSW Art & Design, originally dreaming of becoming the next big film director. But along the way, I discovered my true passion: photography that celebrates real connection and turns everyday moments into something stunning and lasting.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, being an endlessly proud aunty to my niece and nephew, attempting to be a yogi, or reading far too many books at once. I’m also a devoted cat mum to Suki and Kuro, who rule the house and occasionally supervise my editing sessions.

For the past four years, I’ve worked as a professional studio portrait photographer, specialising in newborn safety, studio lighting, and pet handling. Whether it’s a quiet moment with your newborn, a full family portrait, or a playful session with your furry best friend, I’m here to guide you every step of the way and create images you’ll treasure for a life time.
